Our team building focuses on one or several days activities that build & develop shared goals, interdependence, trust and commitment, leadership skills, and accountability among team members. Using problem-solving skills while having fun is what we encourage throughout the process. Be it in winter, spring, summer or autumn we have various personalized activities that ensure that every outing is exclusive to each & every company.
Snowshoeing Igloo building and Hard talk
Briefing at start point, the group will be divided into sub-groups
After distributing equipment (snow shoes, gloves) the teams will be
competing to reach the activity venue
Igloo building
The game will start with a briefing on how to build an igloo.
After that, equipment will be distributed and specific tasks will be given to
each member of the team.
Count down will begin for 3 hours and a half. After that the game will end
even if the igloo was not complete.
Break (Hot tea and dry fruits near the finished igloos)
Snowshoeing back towards the bus.
All teams should deliver their equipment before taking the bus.

Teams of four to five persons will be formed in each car
Each member of the team will have a task
(Pilot, co-pilot, and the others will have to solve

All members will have to participate in order to reach
the final stage
Teams will have to drive through several area and villages
And go through different type of activities till they reach their
destination
A road book will be distributed to the co-pilots as a
direction tool
